Chef Yoruba brings over 35 years of culinary experience to the kitchen, with a career that spans a wide range of culinary environments... from upscale fine dining establishments to traditional Southern cuisine restaurants. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep passion for creating food that is both flavorful and nourishing, combining professional culinary techniques with the comforting flavors people love.
As the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Big Tots Little Tikes Gourmet Foods, Chef Yoruba leads the culinary vision behind every meal prepared for the company’s preschool and childcare partners. His mission is simple but powerful: to provide young children with meals that are healthy, delicious, and enjoyable to eat. With decades of experience in professional kitchens, he understands that great food starts with quality ingredients, careful preparation, and a genuine love for feeding others.
